Project Crown is powered entirely by the generosity of our community. Every donation directly fuels our mission to uplift those in the West end community.
Your contributions provide essential hair products and tools that allow our volunteer stylists and barbers to serve as many individuals as possible with dignity and care. A fresh cut or style is more than just appearance, but is also builds confidence, restores pride, and creates a sense of belonging.
Donations also fund materials for our youth programming, where our kids participate in self esteem developing workshops, and hands-on hair care lessons.

Project Crown is currently working to provide materials for a series haircare events for the kids at the John H. Harland Boys & Girls Club and a few local elementary schools, where we will not only be doing hair for the kids, but teaching them how to maintain their hair, and why doing so is important. We are also hoping to create "Crown kits" containing hair care maintenance items for the children, such as oil, combs brushes and more!
Project Crown is a non-profit entity. It is not recognized as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization by the IRS, and as such, donations are not tax-deductible.
